How to keep Positive Behavior in the Classroom?

In the classrooms today, classroom behaviors one of the issues that teacher face today. Classroom behaviors are really important in the classrooms. Disruptions and other issues that calls a conflict is class results to time management and the environment you have in your class. Every year, you should set a behavior or discipline  chart up so that it can be the first thing they see when they enter the room. The teachers set the foundation for the students. However the teacher act in the classroom then that's how the students will come off. As a teacher you have to model good behavior also. I know sometimes the students can come off being wild and misbehaving but it's the teachers  job to have consequence and other ways to handle the situations. You have to show respect, encourage your students and listen to there suggestions. All these fall right under the behavior system because if you don't do these things, something will go wrong because the students are the future and they should be the ones to lead the way.

Classroom Management

In the education world as for being a teacher, your main goal is to have classroom management. Classroom Management is how the teacher delivers the curriculum, as well as the environment in which students will learn each and everyday. This focus on a lot. First you have to have a safe environment for your students because if you don't, they would not feel comfortable coming to your class. You also have to set rooms, routines and consequences for your classroom. You have to be on a schedule and know when everything happens and how to handle things. Also you have to keep the students parents and guardians involve in everything the students. Make sure you have a good relationship with each of your students so that you can know them inside and out. You would need to be patient at all times. At all times, you would need to be friendly.

Professional Dress Code As An Educator

As an educator, you should always be professional at all times. The definition of professional dress means arriving in the business world appropriately dressed for the day. In some cases, this means only one thing: a business suit and a tie for men and a professional pants- or skirt-suit for women. You always have to be professional in the education world because you don't know who watching. If you look and behave like a highly trained and well-groomed professional, you will win the respect and honor of our valued clients. Professional dress is really important because you are setting an example for your students and also outsiders are looking at you as well. This is the right thing to do as teachers because you don't want to come to school looking any kind of way because others will think otherwise and it will not look good on the school at all. Professional dress is the way to be because you can go so far in your teacher career. As for me, when I become a teacher, I will dress professional everyday because I want people to think highly of me and I want to set a bar for my students. I want my students to look up to me and see what a real teacher looks like.

Life of a Gymnast

When I was 17 years old,  I started my first tumbling class at Olympic dreams in Beaumont, Texas. I was so nervous and excited at the same time because it was my first time and I finally get taught the technique of tumbling and what goes on in the gymnastic gym. As months went by with bumps and bruises and a lot of hard work, I finally got every skill down that a gymnast should have. I learned so much. I Thank GOD for letting me get everything done before I went to College because I had to know how to tumble to be on the team. Now this is my last year in college, I am a wonderful gymnast. I know how to stunt, cheer, and tumble. I have the whole packet now. It's so amazing. Thanks to my gymnastic gym back at home for there hard work and time for helping me come a long way.

This is a video of what goes on in my home town at Olympic Dreams. The hard work and the dedication of a gymnast. http://youtu.be/pzZ_Tmetheo
